Runtime of Magic Mike’s Last Dance, Is It Too Long for Bathroom Breaks?

Channing Tatum’s Magic Mike trilogy ended with Magic Mike’s Last Dance premiering in theaters this February, just in time for Valentine’s Day. Single or not, I’m sure all the girls rushed to see Tatum bring alive the erotically charged character and his story on the big screens one last time. But how long is the movie? Can we take bathroom breaks?

The movie, produced by the franchise star and directed by the OG Magic Mike director Steven Soderbergh, focuses on a retired Mike, working as a bartender in Miami when he is spotted by Max (Salma Hayek).

Max gets a preview of his talents and pays a high price to get him to London, where she wants to make a play that will ignite passion in everyone who sees it. You can view the trailer for the film, which is currently in theaters, below:

The film logs in a runtime of one hour and fifty-two minutes, coming right on the two-hour mark if you count previews and intermissions. So, if you need to freshen up before the grand finale, where they miraculously set the stage on fire with their rain dance, you’ve got the time.

The film was initially planned for a streaming release, but Warner Bros. Pictures decided to give it a short box office window, after which it will eventually end up on HBO Max. We expect the film to last the stipulated 45-day period and maybe enjoy two more weeks thanks to the love in the air.

But bigger films like Ant-Man 3, Creed 3, and Cocaine Bear will likely overthrow Magic Mike 3 and toss it out of theaters soon. So, by the time April rolls around, we expect the threequel to step off from theaters. And if previous patterns are to be believed, you can expect the film to land on HBO Max less than two months after its theatrical run ends.
