Gabimaru starts manifesting Tao in episode 11 of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku, titled “Weak and Strong.”

An epic episode where two humans manifested Tao in a very short time, leaving the Doshis in utter shock. We learned about Mei’s history, and it was quite disturbing. 

She served as a mere object only to be used for training. This made Gabimaru furious, and with a little guidance from Fuchi and Mei, he was able to use and understand Tao. However, Chobuei is someone at a whole other level, as he did it all by himself while fighting Doshi.

1. Episode 12 Speculations

Sagiri and her companions will fight Tensen in episode 12 of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku.

This is going to be the last episode of this season, and I am expecting some epic conclusion. There is much story left, and we have only scratched a little more than the surface. 

The mystery will get deeper, and the fights will get brutal, but the protagonists won’t be the only ones to take the damage. Gabimaru will reunite with Sagiri, but they will have to face some casualties on their side as well.

Episode 12 of the Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku anime has been released on Saturday, Jun 24, 2023. The episode title or preview has not been shown.

I. Is Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku on break this week?

No, episode 12 of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku is not on break this week. The episode will be released as per schedule. 

3. Episode 11 Recap

The Doshi is about to finish Choubei when he stands up again, leaving Doshi in utter shock. It notices that Choubei has started to regenerate for some reason. He can’t understand how a human is able to get stronger with every passing moment. 

Choubei’s Tao keeps growing stronger and stronger, and he starts to overpower Doshi. The Doshi is terrified and can’t comprehend how a human is able to manifest Tao so easily. 

Choubei finally starts seeing Tao and kills Doshi. Toma gets worried and wonders whether his brother is alright or not. On the other hand, Kamiya and Gabimaru fight some monsters while trying to decipher what Mei is saying. 

She says that Kamiya and Gabimaru are getting strong, and that is a “no” for Tao. Kamiya doesn’t understand what she means. The Doshi enters the battle, but instead of fighting, he takes Mei away and greets her. 

It is revealed that she, too, is a part of Tensen, and they have been looking for her for centuries. He wants her to return. Gabimaru doesn’t want to get involved in all this, but seeing Mei’s crying face makes him come forward to protect her. 

The Doshi replicates into two and calls in hordes of insects and wild butterflies to attack the duo. It explains Tao in more detail and tells them that they need Mei to train through sexual intercourse, called Bochu Jutsu, one of the five steps of increasing Tao. 

The whole explanation disgust Tamiya and Gabimaru, and they unleash their fury on the monsters. Gabimaru binds them behind a wall of fire. Fuchi tells him that he has to weaken his mind in order to understand Tao. 

Mei holds his hand and shows him how it works. With the little explanation he gets, he is able to grasp the idea and begins sensing the feelings and Tao of his opponents. 

Despite endless ruthless training, he never got this feeling and this sensation. He defeats all the enemies. The Doshi, in his final moments, tells them that they were sent out to only spy on the humans as the present batch might become a threat to them. 

Kamiya and Gabimaru kill the Doshis. Meanwhile, Sagiri and her band reach the gate of Horai, and they are greeted by one of the Tensen who cuts Honko’s head as a welcome greeting.  

4. About Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku

Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku is a manga series by Yuji Kaku that ran from January 2018 to January 2021. It was serialized on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ website and app and has been collected into 13 volumes.

Gabimaru: The Hollow is a ninja assassin who is on death row. He feels nothing and can’t be killed due to his training as a shinobi. Yet, when he faces Asaemon Sagiri, he realizes his will to live and return to his wife.

He is assigned the task to find the elixir of life on a legendary island. The island kills any person sent to it. Will Gabimaru find the elixir and escape alive?
