DC Titans S3 Trailer: Dick Grayson Has To Become A ‘Better Batman’

The first full-length trailer for Titans Season 3 is out, and it has so many new revelations. For one, Bruce Wayne, played by Iain Glen, makes an appearance, and the Caped Crusader is retiring following the ‘death of an ally.’

Now the responsibilities lie on Dick’s shoulders to step up and be a ‘better Batman.’

Titans Season 3 Trailer

Red Hood, aka Jason Todd, makes his presence known as he calls Gotham City ‘his’ now that Batman’s out of the picture.

The Titans have relocated to Gotham City, where Barbara Gordon is the Commissioner of Gotham City Police and has a nice little reunion with Dick Grayson.

Starfire’s sister, Blackfire, is back as well. Even though the Season 2 finale saw the untimely death of Wonder Girl, Conor Leslie is back for the role in Season 3.

There’s so much happening in the trailer, and as if this wasn’t enough, we see the gates of Arkham Asylum. The voiceover follows, “For cases like these, we’ve been using a consultant.” And there he is… Jonathan Crane, aka Scarecrow.

(I will forever think of Cillian Murphy when it comes to Scarecrow, but Vincent Kartheiser’s version looks promising as well).

Season 3 looks promising, but can we please have Beast Boy turn into something other than a tiger? Please, thanks!

The trailer ends with Kory saying, ‘You come after family; we show no mercy.’

(I swear I resisted making a joke about it, but I just couldn’t help it.)

The official synopsis for Season 3 of Titans reads:

Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find where they belong. In season three, circumstances draw our heroes to Gotham City, where they will reunite with old friends and face new threats.
