Harley Quinn Season 3 Episode 4 Recap
Ivy struggles to work on her serum as Harley and the gang keep causing disturbances and breaking her focus. She tries to convey this to Harley without being too direct. Meanwhile, Commissioner Gordon is lagging behind in the polls for the election and tries to come up with a strategy to win more votes.
Two-Face suggests that Gordon uses funding from the city’s most notorious wealthy criminals to boost his campaign. Ivy starts to use ‘Catwoman’s texts’ as a cover for getting Harley to not disrupt her work. Harley gets annoyed at the restrictions and breaks all the CCTV cameras in Catwoman’s mansion.
Ivy finally finishes the serum and suggests they all go out for a celebratory dinner. However, when they return to Ivy’s experiment, Frank goes missing. Upon investigation, the duo breaks into a secret society’s meeting after a clue leads them to it. Harley confronts Catwoman at the meeting.
