Bruce uses Frank to resurrect his dead parents and unintentionally causes a zombie apocalypse in Gotham City. Harley, Batgirl, and Nightwing band together to save the city from the horde of zombies that are headed straight to the jazz festival. Ivy attempts to gain control of the situation by re-entering The Green.
However, things start to spin out of control when Ivy uses her accelerated powers to turn people into zombie-plant hybrids and create her Eden.

1. Episode 10 Speculation
Thanks to Harley’s sacrifice, Ivy undoes the damage and changes the zombie-plant hybrids back into people. Ivy is bound to be heartbroken due to another failed attempt at creating her Eden.
The experience could also likely cause a rift between Harley and Ivy as Harley forced her to choose between her love for her and her dream of creating her Eden.
Further, we can also expect Bruce to finally come to terms with the loss of his parents as he’s ready to acknowledge the grave mistake he made by resurrecting them and putting Gotham in jeopardy.

Chapter 10 of the Harley Quinn Season 3 series has been released on Thursday, Sep 15, 2022 at 10:00 am PDT. The chapter title has not been leaked yet.

5. Episode 9 Recap
Harley attempts to persuade Nightwing that Bruce is in a bad headspace and that he shouldn’t be encouraged to use Frank to resurrect his dead parents. Just then, Bruce walks in with two Zombie-like creatures and introduces them as his parents.
Everyone gasps in shock but Bruce reassures them that he just needs to do a few more experiments to turn his ‘Zombie parents’ back into his regular parents.
Unfortunately, Bruce’s experiment had a trickle-down effect and he resurrected not only his parents but other bodies in the graveyard as well. Batgirl frees Ivy and the gang and acknowledges that Bruce messed up.
Ivy suggests going into The Green as she suspects the zombies have a connection to it on account of them being linked to Frank. She comes into a greater power that allows her to control the zombies that are loose in Gotham City.
Ivy decides to use her accelerated powers to use the Zombies to turn Gotham into the Eden she always dreamed about.
