4. Episode 1 Plot
Ichinomiya Shingo, a 25-year-old man who works at a firm. Thinking about his plans for the next day, he fell asleep and woke up to find himself in a different world in the body of a six-year-old named Wendelin Baumeister. As Wendelin is from a low-income family, he is tasked to find food for his father from the forest.
During his trip, he finds a forest spirit, Alfred, who offers to fulfill his last wish of being taught magic. After a few years, Wendelin attends a magic academy and gets invited by a noble who knew about him becoming a mage.
