Genshin Impact Update 4.1 to Introduce New Five-Star Cryo User

An exciting new update for Genshin Impact is just around the corner. The next version will introduce a new five-star character, explore the Fontaine region, and much more. Not to mention, Genshin Impact will be celebrating its third anniversary on September 28th with fun events.

The latest Genshin Impact leak has revealed the five playable units who will appear on the second limited banner in version 4.1. The second banner phase will feature five-star units Cryo user Wriothesley, the Anemo Archon Venti who will be accompanied by Pyro support Thoma, Cryo claymore user Chongyun, and the Electro unit Dori.

The only new character on the banner is Wriothesley who will be the first Cryo catalyst user in Genshin Impact. His weapon and element combination make him the perfect addition to Frozen or Melt team compositions.

The other five-star character, Venti, is considered one of the strongest supports. When battling against a fleet of enemies, his Wind’s Grand Ode turns out to be the master stroke. His signature weapon Elegy for the End is also expected to make a comeback.

Genshin Impact will be giving away 10 free limited character wishes as part of the Genshin Impact anniversary celebration. The login event will be called “Admiring the Flowing Moonlight”.

Genshin Impact update 4.1 is scheduled to go live on September 27th until November 8. Until then, keep an eye out for upcoming weapons, events, and more!
