Tohru ran after Akito. She stopped at the edge of a cliff, and suddenly the cliff broke, and Tohru fell. She was admitted to the hospital.

It seems like Tohru has finally realized she needs to move on and accept that Kyoko is gone, and she can’t base her life around refusing to let her go.
Tohru always intended on making sure Akito wasn’t left behind. She wanted to save Kyo and the other Zodiac members as well.
I’m anxious about Tohru forgetting the incident that happened because of her head injury. They obscured her head when Akito came to visit, so I’m worried she won’t remember anything after falling.
I wonder where we go from here as we have only four episodes left. If Akito has really changed, how will she handle the eventual breaking of the other bonds?
Will Akito have a change of heart about Kyo now? There are so many questions left to answer and what feels like so little time.

Kyo blames himself for both his and Tohru’s mother’s death. So, he runs away from the house in guilt.
Tohru stands in the garden under the rain and realizes that Kyo’s feelings hurt her more. Tohru gets surprised to see Akito as she did not expect her there.
Yuki meets Shigure in the main street while searching for Kyo. He asks Shigure if he has seen Kyo, to which Shigure refuses.
Meanwhile, Akito thinks that Tohru has destroyed her world. She has a knife in her hand and Tohru realizes that Akito is lonely. Who in turn injures Tohru’s hand with the knife. Soon afterward, she leaves the place with teary eyes, saying that she doesn’t want to be alone.
Tohru runs after Akito and advises her that she should start fresh. Akito stopped at the edge of a cliff. Tohru says to Akito that she will be with her as her support. But Akito seems concerned that Tohru will also abandon her.
Suddenly the cliff breaks and Tohru falls, and Akito starts screaming for help. She saw Shigure and Yuki and tells them about Tohru.
Kyo comes back and gets to know about Tohru’s accident. He starts running to find and save her. He arrives at the place and finds Yuki there. Kyo is shocked to see Tohru lying on the ground, bleeding heavily.
Soon, Tohru wakes up and tries to touch Kyo’s face. Kyo kisses her and assures her that everything will be fine. They admit her to the hospital.
The following day, Akito comes to the hospital. Momiji asks her if she came with Kureno or Tohru. Akito realizes that Kureno was always a soft and kind-hearted person.
She realizes all her faults and mistakes she committed and says that she had been killing him for a long time.
She starts crying in front of Momiji and comments that she is so bitter at herself. Momiji offers her handkerchief and advises her to treasure people for who they are, even if they think they’re idiots. After that, Akito goes inside the hospital to visit Tohru.
