The original Fate/Stay Night light novel has also been adapted into multiple feature-length films. Fate/Stay Night: Heaven’s Feel has released two films so far: Presage Flower and Lost Butterfly, both of which became very successful.

A third and final film, Fate/Stay Night: Heaven’s Feel III: Spring Song, was announced last year and was scheduled to premiere in early April.

Yuriko Koike, Tokyo’s Governor, requested citizens to Tokyo to stay home in light of the recent spike of coronavirus cases in Tokyo.

Despite this request, Tokyo theatres such as Tachikawa Cinema City, Toho Cinemas Shinjuku, and Shinjuku Wald9 reported that multiple screenings of Fate/Stay Night: Heaven’s Feel III Spring Song had been completely booked. As a result, the movie is now postponed to April 25, 2020.

The manga recently put out its 55th chapter, titled “Day 8 / The Last Swordsman (3)”.
