In chapter 210, Chrome decided not to settle with Senku’s ridiculous plan to go on a one-way trip to the Moon. He feels that victory isn’t really a victory without everyone celebrating the toast together.
With Sai guiding him, Chrome teamed up with Suika to build a return vessel for the Moon mission.

5. Chapter 210 Recap
In Chapter 210, Senku re-explains how the Moon mission will be a one-way trip, and everyone who participates will remain petrified in Moon for centuries (if not forever).
He then moved on to the next phase of his plan, which involves making a lightweight but durable framework for the body.
He draws a road map showing how they can make duralumin from these red color bauxites available everywhere in Australia.
Gen points out a portion in the diagram which requires an insane amount of electricity. He figures out the best way to generate so much electricity is through a hydroelectric power plant, and the best place for this is Japan.
In other words, the Kingdom of Science is bringing together resources from all over the world and building the first-ever spaceship right from the place from where it all started, Japan.
Meanwhile, Chrome cannot make peace with Senku’s insane decision to go on a one-way trip to the Moon. He believes that a victory can only be cherished with everyone enjoying the victory toast.
The thought of losing the participants forever keeps saddening Chrome to the point that he rejects the idea despite knowing the time and resources he has. He teams up with Suika to build the returning vessel for his high-risk Moon mission.
Well, they can’t do that all by themselves, so they ask for Sai’s assistance to teach them the astronomical calculations that they should know.
Can these three pull off such an impossible task? We have to wait for the upcoming chapters to find that out.
