Disney Plus Confirmed to Stream “Tokyo Revengers: Tenjiku Arc”

Tokyo Revengers is the anime that single-handedly re-popularized the delinquent genre. It has a gripping storyline, and it keeps you at the edge of your seat in every single episode.

The anime makes you root for the characters and also gives you anxiety about the possibility of your favorite character dying. The anime has two seasons, and fans eagerly await the third season.

Earlier in June, the third season of Tokyo Revengers was announced and was set to premiere in October. Recently, the streaming platform for the third season has been announced.

Disney+ confirmed that it will be streaming Tokyo Revengers: Tenjiku Arc. The company did not specify which regions. However, in the U.S., Hulu will probably stream the Tokyo Revengers anime instead of Disney+.

In the finale of Tokyo Revengers season 2, Takemichi returns to the past and takes over the Tokyo Manji Gang to stop Mikey from becoming twisted. However, he was cornered by Tenjiku and Kisaki, who joined the gang.

In this new season, we will see Takemichi deal with this mysterious Tenjiku gang who has decided to overthrow all the Toman divisions. Takemichi will also struggle against Kisaki and his plans.

About Tokyo Revengers

Tokyo Revengers is a manga written and illustrated by Ken Wakui. It began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine on March 1, 2017, and ended its run in November 2022. It is compiled into 31 tankobon volumes.

The story revolves around Takemichi Hanagaki, who learned that Tokyo Manji Gang had killed his only ex-girlfriend from back in middle school. After learning about the incident, Takemichi was pushed from the railway platform.

Landing on the tracks, he closed his eyes, accepting his death, but when he opened his eyes, he had time-leaped 12 years into the past.
