Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Chapter 203 Delayed – Manga On Hiatus Due To COVID-19 Coronavirus

Over the past couple of weeks, most of the world has been put on lockdown due to the COVID 19 pandemic. First large social gatherings were prohibited, and now only essential places are open to flatten the curve. The world of anime and manga is no exception; workplaces of many production houses are being shut down, causing delays in many release schedules.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, is about to release chapter 202 in the Weekly Shonen Jump’s 20th issue this year. Sadly, after that, the manga is going to skip the 21st issue, so chapter 203 will be on hiatus till 27th April.

Demon Slayer’s manga is currently dealing with the aftermath of Muzan’s death. After a long and dark millennium, Kibutsuji Muzan has been defeated. However, he transferred his will into Tanjiro’s dead body, effectively making him the new Demon King.

In addition to Tanjiro having Muzan’s powers, he also shares the blood of Tanjuro, his father, which has made him into a Demon King who can withstand the sunlight. Everyone present is now dealing with this issue as Nezuko rushes to the scene.
