Cyberpunk 2077 developers roll out update 2.12 to fix mistakes

Cyberpunk 2077’s latest Update 2.0 and the Phantom Liberty DLC was released amidst much fan-fare for the title that has revolutionized the gaming sphere forever.

After Cyberpunk 2077’s recent 2.11 update, there were a lot complaints and the latest update 2.12 fixes a majority of those issues. PC users using AZERTY keyboards will have the keybind issues resolved. The P-core Prioritization issue causing stuttering has also been fixed along with issue with Razer Chroma-enabled devices alongside a host of other changes.

There was a recurrent issue that caused the T key to be unbinded to actions in Exploration and Combat. The P-cores error is more prevalent on the newer Intel chips with Performance P cores and Efficiency E cores.

Developers CD Projekt Red collaborated with Razer to solve the issue that occurred while using Razer Chroma-enabled devices. They have also resolved the issue wherein the NPCs appeared really bright with ray-tracing enabled.

Xbox specific changes include fixing the infinite loading screen, hang up and crashes when launching the game or using older saves.

Other issues are general in nature, and applicable to all consoles. Players are now able to access the inventory, menu, stash, holocalls, and fast travel without any fallbacks.

The description of the Sonic Shock quickhack has been updated along with the fix to the phone allowing the player to read notifications from the automated delivery system.

As a part of the “I Can See Clearly Now,” the body attribute required has now been lowered. In “Riders on the Storm,” enemy cars will now shoot at Panam’s van.

For Nocturn Op55N1, the conversation triggers accurately after choosing the reed. Sonic Shock has now been categorized as a Covert Quickhack along with the removal of immortality from certain enemies in Night City.

Other general fixes have also been introduced that include fixes to colorblind mode and a host of other bug fixes. Even two whole years after its release, Cyberpunk 2077 developers continue to improve the title which is really commendable on their part.
