Chainsaw Man Chapter 127: Release Date, Speculations, Read Online 

The Falling Devil completely destroys Chainsaw Man  in chapter 126 of Chainsaw Man, titled “Food Fight.”

It was a biassed fight from the start. The chapter before this fooled us into thinking that Chainsaw Man easily defeated this primal devil, but we were far from the truth. The Falling Devil proves to be someone way stronger with some amazing healing abilities. 

So much so that she gets up even after getting eaten by Denji. She is only there for one purpose: to feed Asa Mitaka to the residents of hell. We are yet to know the reason behind it.

1. Chapter 127 Speculations

Yoru and Asa will get attacked by the Falling Devil in chapter 127 of Chainsaw Man. 

I. Will Denji Kill the Falling Devil?

Given the powers of the Falling Devil, it is tough to say that yet. However, he will rise again thanks to a mysterious helping hand. I am unsure whether he will fight the Falling Devil again in the next chapter, as there are chances that the chapter will only focus on Asa. 

II. Who is the Mystery Man?

It looks like this helper is a boy of young age. Maybe it is an old character like Ksihibe, but he is likely to be an entirely new character. It can be Hirofumi as well. Maybe Fujimoto will surpass all our expectations and reveal himself as a girl. 

One thing that can be understood here is that this man is a big fan of Chainsaw Man, and maybe he will become completely obsessed with our Denji.

III. What will happen to Asa?

She certainly won’t die, but I think Yoru will try to fight back using something. We are yet to see Yoru putting up a good fight against any enemy. It will be nice to see her fight back and try to understand her enemy’s weakness rather than just get saved by Chainsaw Man again.

Chainsaw Man cuts up the Falling Devil, but she kicks him away. She tells him that she won’t kill any humans and is only there to serve Asa Mitaka to the residents of hell. That was her only job for which she went there. 

Denji gets excited because he now has a reason to kill his enemy. He tells her to keep her hands away from his ex-potential girlfriend. The Falling Devil stops him with one finger and tells him that she must ask him to leave. 

She uses her power to remind Denji of his past. He is deeply disturbed by the visuals of Aki and Power and begins to fall. She moves ahead, but Chainsaw Man attacks from behind, shocking her. 

He tells her that whenever he fights devils who use mental power, he cuts up his brain as a rule. He starts asking for corn dogs and completely devouring the Falling Devil. She tells him to stop but immediately thinks that a cook should also experience getting eaten at least once. 

After a while, she stands up again, cutting Denji’s body in half, and leaves to find Asa. Denji cuts her brain, but she throws him away with just a flick of her fingers. Due to the heavy loss of blood, Denji is unable to move.

The Falling Devil takes her leave. Denji is about to fall unconscious when an unknown guy appears and feeds him his blood, claiming that he still needs the Chainsaw Man to fight. 

After some roaming around, the Falling Devil catches Asa.

7. About Chainsaw Man

Chainsaw Man is a manga series by Tatsuki Fujimoto that was serialized from December 2018-2020 and returned in July 2022 with a second part. The series also received an anime series by MAPPA.

The manga’s plot revolves around Denji, an orphaned boy who has to work as a devil hunter to make a living and pay off his father’s debt.

However, his pet devil, Pochita is killed on a mission. Denji wakes up to realize he and Pochita have become a single being, Chainsaw Man. If he does not want to get killed, he has to join the government and continue hunting demons.
