Yoru starts to deduce who the devil could be and whether Fami is behind all this. She sees Asa grieving again, cuts her hand, causing Asa pain, and tells her to focus only on that. 

Suddenly, Asa gets thrown around, and Yoru comes out of her body again. Yoru asks her why she is afraid of her now after all this time. She wants Asa to put her trust in her.

Asa starts yelling at her, saying she doesn’t know a thing about Yoru and keeps taking charge of her body whenever she likes. She even cut her hand. 

Negative thoughts start going deeper inside Asa’s mind, and she says that solitude and companionship she is afraid of both. 

Meanwhile, the devil serves a huge caterpillar-like devil, a dish made of a devil hunter’s organs, and tells the monster that the main dish she will serve is called Asa Root Yoru, which is made of a human and war devil fusion.

Chainsaw Man is a manga series by Tatsuki Fujimoto that was serialized from December 2018-2020 and returned in July 2022 with a second part. The series also received an anime series by MAPPA.

The manga’s plot revolves around Denji, an orphaned boy who has to work as a devil hunter to make a living and pay off his father’s debt.

However, his pet devil, Pochita is killed on a mission. Denji wakes up to realize he and Pochita have become a single being, Chainsaw Man. If he does not want to get killed, he has to join the government and continue hunting demons.
