Chainsaw Man made a grand entry and shocked everyone by his actions in chapter 102 of Chainsaw Man titled “Save The Cat.”
His entry was rather unexpected but grand. However, he went on to do something that makes us think that it is not the Denji we were expecting. He gave off the vibes of Homelander from The Boys. The series is getting crazier than expected.

Asa and Yuko are running from the Bat Devil. His attack causes them to fall, and Yuko’s leg gets stabbed by a rod. She is left unconscious. Yoru insists on killing her and making her a weapon.
She tells Asa that she knows Asa doesn’t feel sorry that she killed Bucky, she feels sorry because everyone saw her kill him. She keeps on insisting to kill Yuko, or they will die.
Asa thinks for a while, picks up Yuko, and starts running. She runs as fast as she can but trips and falls. She is reminded of how she falls down at every crucial moment. Her mother died during a devil’s attack while saving Asa.
She remembers the talk she had with Yuko when the latter gave her shoes to her. Yuko only cared about her heart being in the right place. Asa feels the same and starts running again. The Bat Devil is about to catch up to them when it is crushed in a sudden attack by the Cockroach Devil.
The Cockroach Devil is fighting Chainsaw Man. Chainsaw Man brutally attacks it, but Cockroach Devil returns his attack. It grabs Chainsaw Man and throws him into a building. He asks Chainsaw Man why he sides with human even though he is a devil.
The Cockroach Devil picks up a schoolboy and a car full of old people. It asks Chainsaw Man to choose whom he will save. He throws them both to the ground. The Chainsaw Man emerges from the building and, instead of saving the boy or the car, goes after Cockroach Devil and kills it.
A cat is about to fall from a building nearby, Chainsaw Man picks it up, exclaiming there was a cat too to save. The boy dies, and the car catches fire, killing everyone inside. In the news, the reporter praises Chainsaw Man for saving the cat, ignoring to talk about the boy or the car.

Chainsaw Man is a manga series by Tatsuki Fujimoto that was serialized from December 2018-2020 and returned in July 2022 with a second part. The series also received an anime series by MAPPA.
The manga’s plot revolves around Denji, an orphaned boy who has to work as a devil hunter to make a living and pay off his father’s debt.
However, his pet devil, Pochita is killed on a mission. Denji wakes up to realize he and Pochita have become a single being, Chainsaw Man. If he does not want to get killed, he has to join the government and continue hunting demons.
