Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 offers a free trial for Zombies and Multiplayer

Summary

  • Activision has announced a free trial for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 yet again.
  • The trial lasts from April 4th to 8th and will feature six 6v6 maps in Multiplayer mode.
  • The trial will include unconditional full access to Zombies mode for the duration.

The recent launch of Call of Duty: Warzone mobile has been met with mixed reception, with the majority of the fanbase hating on the graphics and the lack of optimization.

Developers Activision have announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will get another free trial on all platforms from April 4th to 8th. The free trial will include Multiplayer and zombie mode for free.

As per previous trials and Activision’s trial policies, Zombies will be available completely for all players. However, it is the multiplayer mode that will be facing some restrictions.

The Multiplayer content includes six 6v6 maps namely the Das Haus map, Stash Haus, Rust, and Season 3’s Emergency. Additionally, Activision also shared that these maps will be playable across five game modes, including Capture the Flag.

One of the most interesting inclusions is the Hordepoint mode, that will be available as a part of the trial. Players who have not played Modern Warfare before should know that this mode is kind of a cross between the Multiplayer mode and the Zombies.

Two teams of six battle for rotating hills, as seen in the standard hardpoint mode. However, Zombies spawn once the players enter the hills. Players can either evade or kill the zombies.

With the advent of Season 3, some big changes have been made to the title and as a result, it is the perfect time for new players to try out the title, dip their toes in the waters of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and see if they want to dive.
