The war is nearing an end since Fukuchi is making a risky move by transferring the One Order through the airport. The Detective Agency has already caught on to their plan and has located the exact flight from which it will be coming into Japan.

Their primary requirement is to avoid fighting Fukuchi at all costs and focus on The One Order. However, this will likely backfire and force them to decide between sacrificing their lives to save the world or risking it all and fighting Fukuchi.

Atsushi teleports to the Agency’s office, where he’s met with Kunikida and Rampo. All the Hunting Dogs have gathered for the meeting to strategize against the vampires. They already have all the information they need on Bram and know Fukuchi is the mastermind.

Rampo deduces that the enemy’s target is The One Order, one of the three great calamities. From the war, a unique ability weapon of mind control was sealed away. In an actual battlefield, humans aim randomly since they don’t want to kill others.

Outside the room, one of the Agency supporters witnesses the whole incident. She takes a picture of Fukuchi, but he notices the flash and immediately goes to kill her. She ducks into the side of a wall and evades Fukuchi.
