Bucchigiri?! Episode 8 Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

Episode 7 of ‘Bucchigiri?!’ is titled “Group Date?! The Sea, Maji Croquette and I!” In this episode, Marito invites Arajin to a group date with Siguma and Minato Kai.

Arajin assumes that the group date at the beach will be a fun get-together where he can make moves on Mahoro. However, Arajin finds himself in a tent in the middle of the beach with a wrestling ring. The group date is just a wrestling competition.

As the members of Minato Kai and Siguma fight against their own members and rivals, the wrestling match carries on intensely.

1. Episode 8 Release Date

Episode 8 of ‘Bucchigiri?!’ will be released on Saturday, March 9, 2024. It is a weekly anime, and new episodes are released every Saturday. You can watch ‘Bucchigiri?!’ anime on Crunchyroll.

‘Bucchigiri?!’ is not on a break this week. Episode 8 has not been delayed and will be released on the above-stated date.

2. Episode 8 Speculation

As a result of Shindo’s attack, Minato Kai and Siguma are now on better terms than before. With Marito organizing wrestling competitions disguised as group dates, all the members get to know each other better. However, Arajin always gets the shorthend of the stick.

Arajin continues to chase Mahoro despite her countless rejections and will likely never stop. Matakara is happy with the pace at which his friendship with Arajin is being rebuilt. However, Arajin still tries to avoid Matakara and does not like his childish dreams.

Matakara has mentioned that his brother will be returning from juvie soon, so we may see Mitsukuni’s appearance in the next episode. After spending years in juvie, Mitsukuni may have turned into a hoodlum that Matakara will despise. However, this situation may only make Matakara stronger in his dream to become a Honki person.

3. Recap of Episode 7

Arajin enters school the day after the war and searches for Mahoro. Matakara tells Arajin that Mahoro is with Marito in the hospital, and he immediately runs to her. Matakara talks to Arajin about Mitsukuni’s last words to him before he goes to juvie. Mitsukuni had assured Matakara that he has what it takes to become a Honki person.

Arajin reaches Marito’s room and pisses off Mahoro for interrupting her brother time. After Mahoro leaves, Marito invites Arajin to a group date with the Minato folks. Zabu is sad about the situation, but Matakara reassures him.

The following night, Arajin talks to Senya about his confidence as a man, which is mostly delusional. The group date is at a beach, but Arajin finds everyone in a tent. The tent has the “Combat Group Date” sign with a wrestling ring in the middle where Kenichiro fights Outa.

Kenichiro throws out his back in the fight, and Outa collapses at the same time. Zabu is supposed to fight with Arajin, but he runs out of the tent. Marito fights with Komao and quickly throws him out of the ring. Arajin tries to impress Mahoro to get food, and Sendo is the one catering.

Matakara is on a seven-game win streak as the last remaining member of Minato Kai. Marito suggests that Arajin fights alongside Matakara against him, and Arajin begins freaking out. Arajin asks Senya to merge, but he refuses since he wants to see Arajin’s Honki in action.

Matakara leads the fight against Jaba in an exciting wrestling match, with both players fighting evenly. Arajin offers to tag in with Matakara to try to impress Mahoro. Marito tags in with Jaba since he wants to fight Arajin, so Arajin runs away to Matakara.

Although Marito beats Matakara and puts him in a chokehold, Arajin refuses to tag in. Through sheer will and determination, Matakara escapes the chokehold and even lands a hit against Marito. Before Marito can land his finishing blow against Matakara, Arajin distracts him with a kebab.

Marito goes into a frenzy against Arajin, nearly killing him if Matakara doesn’t help him. As a result, Arajin and Matakara win the fight, and the tent burst into celebration.

‘Bucchigiri?!’ is an original anime series produced by MAPPA and directed by Hiroko Utsumi. Mappa and Utsumi have previously worked together on ‘Banana Fish’. The anime is scheduled for release in January 2024.
