Episode 2 of ‘Bucchigiri?!’ is titled “Wanna Take You On! The Chu Chu Chinese Pepper Steak Train!” In this episode, Arajin struggles to survive between Marito and Matakara.
After Arajin landed a Senya-empowered punch on Marito, he became the most popular kid in school. Everyone except Mahoro loves or fears Arajin due to his new strength. Marito wants to recruit Arajin into Siguma, but Matakara wants him to join Minato Kai.
Senya constantly wants to fight people, but Arajin wants to get laid. After Mahoro rejects Arajin, he takes desperate measures.

1. Episode 3 Release Date
Episode 3 of ‘Bucchigiri?!’ will be released on Saturday, January 27, 2024. It is a weekly anime, and new episodes are released every Saturday. You can watch ‘Bucchigiri?!’ anime on Crunchyroll.

‘Bucchigiri?!’ is not on a break this week. Episode 3 has not been delayed and will be released on the above-stated date.
2. Episode 3 Speculation
Arajin has succumbed to Mahoro’s looks and joined Siguma just for her. However, Marito is up to no good and is planning something. Matakara is Arajin’s childhood friend and is likely feeling confused and betrayed. Matakara may challenge Marito or Arajin to a fight in the next episode to try to save him.
Moreover, Arajin and Senya must coordinate more to use their full power. Although Senya wants Arajin to wish for strength, he doesn’t care. Arajin just wants to get with Mahoro, who is already too obsessed with Marito.
Arajin just joined Siguma for Mahoro and will continue obsessing over her. Since Mahoro has complete control over Arajin, she can make him do whatever she wants. Unless Arajin gains self-respect or finds another pretty girl, he is trapped in Siguma.
3. Recap of Episode 2
Marito gets destroyed by one punch by the Honki Punch. However, Marito gets back up and then knocks Arajin into the river. Matakara runs after Arajin and jumps into the water to save him. Marito says that he wants to get Arajin into Siguma.
Matakara asks Arajin if he’s been avoiding him because he didn’t grow stronger. Arajin continues walking out since he doesn’t remember something from that long ago. Arajin returns home and cleans up while Senya introduces himself as an Honki Person.
Jabashiri walks into the Siguma hangout and says Tat followed Matakara while he took Arajin to his house. Marito wants to recruit Matakara, too, since he is pretty strong. The next day in school, Marito chases Arajin to try to recruit him.
Matakara wants Arajin to join Minato Kai since Ken wants to meet him. Arajin chases after Mahoro and finds her on the same roof spot. However, Mahoro is super angry at Arajin for hurting her brother and breaking the Love Stone. Matakara writes a letter to his brother about Arajin and his recent days.
The following day, Matakara invites Arajin to Minato Kai. Jabashiri interrupts their conversation and picks a fight with Matakara. The two enter the school courtyard, and a big crowd gathers around them. The two begin sparring, but they’re both even in strength and speed. Eventually, Matakara lands a hit but gets countered and pinned on the floor.
The fight ends with both of them headbutting and passing out. However, Matakara lasts slightly longer and takes the victory. Arajin helps Matakara out while he tries to convince Arajin that he has grown stronger. Arajin agrees to meet with Ken and immediately challenges him to a duel.
Arajin uses Senya’s power to land a fierce punch on Ken. However, Ken gets back up and knocks Arajin out of the house. Later in the day, Ken says he is in love with Arajin. Marito enters Arajin’s class the next day and invites him to Siguma. Mahoro asks Arajin too, and he immediately agrees.

‘Bucchigiri?!’ is an original anime series produced by MAPPA and directed by Hiroko Utsumi. Mappa and Utsumi have previously worked together on ‘Banana Fish’. The anime is scheduled for release in January 2024.
