The next episode will continue the next match of Isagi’s team, Team White,  vs. Chigiri’s, Team Red. There is a high chance that Team White will win this game, given that Isagi has evolved further and is highly determined to win. He might get Barou to cooperate since his ego has been hurt by placing him as a decoy. Team White then stands a higher chance of winning.

If Team white wins, we will see who they pick to join their team, and it definitely will not be Reo. They could also play against Rin’s team next or Wanima, Gagamaru, and Raichi’s.

Despite this, Barou acknowledges in private that his abilities are failing him. In the following round, as Mikage gains control, Isagi understands that because of his balanced, non-specialized talents, he is the link between Kunigami and Chigiri. Chigiri takes it and passes before the goal, where Kunigami heads a goal.

Isagi decides to force Barou to follow rather than adjust to him. To mislead Barou and his opponents and give Nagi the ball, he pretends to pass it to him. Nagi passes to an unencumbered Isagi, surrounded by Barou yelling for the ball, and he scores.

However, Chigiri scores on his own using a new delicate kick to prevent slowing down while dribbling. In the third stage, Junichi Wanima teams up with Raichi and Gagamaru.

About Blue Lock

Blue Lock is a Japanese manga series written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and illustrated by Yusuke Nomura. It has been serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine since August 2018. Blue Lock won the 45th Kodansha Manga Award in the shōnen category in 2021.

The story begins with Japan’s elimination from the 2018 FIFA World Cup, which prompts the Japanese Football Union to start a program scouting high school players who will begin training in preparation for the 2022 Cup.

Isagi Youichi, a forward, receives an invitation to this program soon after his team loses the chance to go to Nationals because he passed to his less-skilled teammate.

Their coach will be Ego Jinpachi, who intends to “destroy Japanese loser football” by introducing a radical new training regimen: isolate 300 young strikers in a prison-like institution called “Blue Lock”.
