While the people thought it to be like every other shonen anime around the corner, Yūki Tabata’s Black Clover has been distinguishing itself since the beginning of Elf Resurrection arc.
Recently, the manga is following the events of Spade Kingdom arc as the Dante and Vanica are hunting for arcane stage mages.
The last chapter showed us the fight between Charmy the Glutton and Halbet, and we all know what happens when you mess with Charmy Pappiston.
I have some speculations and expected plots, including the raw scans and spoilers for the next one (chapter 251) that I want to share with all of you!
1. Chapter 251 Release Date & Highlights
Chapter 251 of the Black Clover manga will release on Sunday, May 25, at 9:30 am PDT. The title for the upcoming chapter has not yet been released.
In the next chapter, we will see the fight between Mimosa & Noelle vs. Vanica, the Queen of Spade Kingdom.
2. Is Black Clover On A Break This Week?
No, chapter 251 of the Black Clover manga is not on a break this week. It will continue in the 25th issue of the Weekly Shonen Jump on Sunday, May 25, at 9:30 am PDT.

4. Chapter 251 Spoilers & Expected Plot

The cover page will include Charmy and her wolf of the Food Magic in a Little Red Riding Hood theme. Spoilers for chapter 251 confirm that we will finally be seeing Vanica in action!
It looks like it will be a girls-only brawl with Vanica, the Queen of the Spade Kingdom vs. Lolopechka, the Queen of the Heart Kingdom, and Noelle and Mimosa, the princesses of the Clover Kingdom.
Expected Plot
As I have speculated it numerous times, Vanica is most likely to be the host of devil Megicula.
The reason for that is Vanica’s intrusion in the Heart Kingdom [which has extensive detection barriers] and her talk about meeting Lolopechka. This definitely points towards Vanica and Queen’s past.
So in the next chapter, we could see the fateful reunion between Vanica (the host of Megicula), Lolopechka (the one who has Megicula’s curse), and Noelle (whose mother died due to Megicula’s curse).

6. Chapter 250, “Charmy vs. Halbet” Plot
The chapter starts with Charmy flying towards a dark disciple in anger who has harmed the Heart Kingdom’s NATURE, AND IT’s FOOD (I am sure she is worried about the people too…).
Next up in the line is a female Dark Disciple, Halbet of Hair magic, who dislikes people who ugly, does not eat, and only lives on supplements!
Unlike her personality, her Hair Magic seems formidable as she has already defeated the Earth Spirit Guardian. Next panel kicks off her fight with Charmy, who is using her Cotton Magic. While both attributes are good for an attack, Charmy is looking a little low on defense as she takes a massive blow from Halbet.
Cut to a few panels forward, Charmy Pappiston transforms! Her magic changes from Cotton Magic: the Sheep Chef to Food Magic: the Glutton’s Banquet, and along with it comes the ‘wolf in sheep’s clothing’ (quite literally).
Charmy defeats Halbet using Food magic and her creative use of array with relative ease.
7. About Black Clover
Black Clover is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yūki Tabata. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine since February 16, 2015.
The story centers around Asta, a young boy seemingly born without any magic power, something that is unknown in the world he lives in. With his fellow mages from the Black Bulls, Asta plans to become the next Wizard King.
