The people of Hino Country observe the conflict with the sacred dragon from a distance. All of them were directed to travel to Honshu by Ryudo Ryuya. Kezokaku Ginnojomorifuyu and Sister Lily are still engaged in a fight. Sister Lily attempts to restrain Kezokaku with her spatial magic.
The story then briefly flashes back to when Ryuya informed the Ryuzen Seven that war was about to break out. He reveals that the Ryuzen Seven are the only ones who can compete with the enemy, which he identifies as Lucius’ henchmen, Paladins. He says that the person thought to be Heath Grice employs Ice Magic, while Sister Lily uses Water and Spatial Magic.
The final Paladin, Yrul, appears to possess some sort of ability that enables them to control Magical Beasts. Then Ryuya clarifies their goal of releasing the sacred dragon from its seal. Ryuya informs them that the priority is to save the people. Ryuya also emphasises that the enemy has the power to resurrect the dead.
