Ben alerts the team about land dealings that could potentially harm Prince’s monopoly over the Olympic bid. Rhoades finds out about the land dealings as well and decides to look into them considering how the Billionaire class is using loopholes in the system to buy up public land. He decides to team up with Krakow to stop Prince’s bid. However, Prince brings the Mayor on board and all of Krakow’s investors pull out, causing him to drop Rhoades and partner up with Prince. Billions Season 6 Episode 4 Speculation
Prince manages to secure his chairman position for the Olympics by teaming up with the Mayor and getting Krakow to partner with him. However, Rhoades refuses to go down without a fight. He instigates an impromptu protest at the location of the Olympics press conference by bringing the citizens together against the massive real estate undertaking. Will the Mayor withdraw support from the bid?

Billions Season 6 Episode 3 Recap
The episode starts with Ben calling in Bonnie and Tuk to the Prince Capital office late at night. Prince gets an alert on his phone about the same and joins them. Ben tells them about the crisis at hand – he’d met up with Mafee for drinks earlier that night who’d let it slip that High Plains Management is about to close some major real estate deal for the Olympics, putting Prince’s monopoly over it in jeopardy.
Meanwhile, Rhoades gets alerted to the land deals going on and decides to look into them. Prince decides that he’ll put up a piece of land for sale as bait for the shell company buyers. This will give them enough information to figure out who’s leading the SPAC. Prince has a meeting with ex-commission Colin Drache, who tells him he’ll side with whoever is able to secure a stadium. He tells Scooter and Wags to work together and find out which way Drache is leaning and who else he’s speaking to.
Both Prince and Rhoades figure out that the man leading the SPAC is none other than the ex-Secretary of the Treasury, Todd Krakow. Rhoades decides to support Krakow but under the condition that the transactions be done with transparency and that he would be in charge of infrastructure so that the stadium and housing can actually be used by the citizens of the city after the games.
Meanwhile, Prince teams up with the Mayor and asks her to support his Olympic bid as he plans to build the stadium outside of Manhattan and she agrees. Krakow’s big gets tied up in regulations imposed by the Mayor and he’s left with no choice but to hand over the deeds to Prince.
