This is the definition of a trashy harem that ends up becoming a guilty pleasure. All I can say is expect the unexpected, as the physics is very real in this one.

Highschool of the dead is about a present-day zombie apocalypse due to a deadly pandemic. The story revolves around Takashi Kimuro and Rei Miyamoto, and other students of their high school who band up together in order to combat the zombie pandemic.

Together they end up tackling issues that come hand in hand with societal collapse, with their goal of reaching a safe zone.

This one is for the Fujoshis out there. The art and animation are absolutely beautiful, and the music gets you super pumped. This is a bit different from other sports anime, as it focuses more on the individual mindset of an athlete.

The story revolves around the rivalry of Haruka Nanase, a childhood prodigy, and Rin Matsuoka, a gifted swimmer. Along with their friends, they revive the Iwatobi high school swim club.

As soon as you saw the title, you knew this was going to be on here. Every harem trope that you are familiar with comes from here. This is one of the better anime coming from the genre. Also, the dub is on par with the sub for this one.

You might get into this for the fan service, but that is not even the best part! Although this anime does not shy away from throwing an exposed view every other frame, the comedy is what makes this amazing. This is one of the very few anime that actually made me laugh.

This anime takes place in Hachimitsu Private Academy, a prestigious all-girls boarding school that is about to open its doors for the boys for enrollment.

Kiyoshi, Gakuto, Shingo, Andre, and Jo are the only male students in the school. Unable to communicate with their female counterparts, they decide to peek into the girl’s bath.

Unfortunately, their plans are ruined by the Underground Student Council, who take away their freedom and force them to spend a month in school prison.

This is what isekai was supposed to be. Even with the usual isekai tropes, this anime distinguishes itself with its perfectly paced story and human characters. Studio Bind absolutely knocks it out of the park with amazing visuals and music.

Mushoku Tensei is about a 34-year-old NEET who is reincarnated into another world as a baby. Leaving his past identity behind, he begins his life as Rudeus Greyrat in a medieval world with magic.

With his second chance at life, he hopes to make something of it and works on himself in order to gain everything that he did not have in his previous life.

If Mushoku Tensei was what isekai is supposed to be, KonoSuba is a brilliant parody of all others. The story is consistently hilarious with its band of useless characters who cannot do anything properly.

Kazuma is a shut-in NEET who dies an untimely embarrassing death. He then meets Aqua, a goddess, who offers him to reincarnate to a parallel world. She offers him any object to take something to this world, he chooses her.

Despite its many obvious flaws, it is still one of the best shounen anime out there. The characters and the sense of family amongst them will make you fall in love with this series, with some tasteful fan service sprinkled in between.

The story takes place in the world of Earthland, where wizards use their magic to fulfill quests in exchange for money. Lucy Heartfilia is a mage who wishes to become a full-fledged wizard by joining a famous guild of Fairy Tail. She meets Natsu Dragneel and Happy, who she teams up with to achieve her goal.

This is where you begin the Monogatari series. This is considered to be a masterpiece by many, and I am not protesting. This series has the best dialogue in all anime. Although it can be a little quirky and dialogue-heavy for some people, I think everyone can find something they can enjoy, along with some nice scenes.

Koyomi Araragi, a third-year high school student, survives a vampire attack with the help of Meme Oshino, a strange man residing in an abandoned building. Despite being healed completely, he retains some characteristics of a vampire.

One day he encounters Hitagi Senjugahara, a weightless girl. He enlists the help of Oshino to solve her problem despite her protests.

He now seeks to help other people with their supernatural problems.
