Berserk Chapter 382: Release Date, What to Expect and More

The newest Berserk chapter feels like a quiet before the storm moment, as the story finally starts moving with some rhythm again. Guts is back in focus, and though he’s not saying a word, everything about this chapter screams that something big is coming.

1. Release Date of Chapter 382 of Berserk

Chapter 382 of Berserk will be released in July, 2025. There is no official date of the release as of yet.

2. Recap of Chapter 381 of Berserk

Chapter 381, “A Crescent Moon Shines On the Exile’s Back,” shows Guts being officially exiled from the Kushan Empire on Daiba’s recommendation. He’s cuffed, defeated, and being led away like dead weight. But Daiba’s reasoning feels fishy, its clear he’s hiding something.

Most of the chapter is quiet and tense. Daiba spends time rehashing things the readers already know, which, paired with some long close-ups on his unreadable face, seems like a big clue he has another agenda. Silat, watching from the shadows, brings up Ganishka’s artificial Behelit, yeah, the one used for turning people into monsters. It’s hard not to wonder if that’s where this is heading.

After the rushed fall of Elfhelm and the group’s capture, things have picked up fast. We’ve jumped from major event to major event in a short span, and now Guts is being walked toward something that could either break him further or rebuild him completely.

3. Speculation of Chapter 382 of Berserk

Daiba clearly has plans for Guts and whether that’s turning him into a pseudo-apostle, or using his magic to heal the damage and maybe even lift the brand, it’s going to matter. Both options would change the course of Berserk in a big way. Either way, this next arc is shaping up to be a game-changer.
