I. The Date
Chapter 195 titled, ‘The Last One-on-One Battle of the Mammals’ starts with Haru and Legosi going on a long-awaited date.
The chapter starts with Legosi noticing Haru’s swollen ears. He overthinks about the rabbit ecology and believes that Haru is frustrated with him.
Legosi concludes that Haru was tired of waiting for his second proposal, now that he is free after capturing Melon. Throughout the date, he keeps thinking of scenarios to enact the perfect proposal.
Meanwhile, during lunchtime, we get a glimpse of Haru’s inferior complex as she praises Legosi for becoming cooler. This manages to cut off Legosi’s half-asked proposal and they get ready to go home.

During their train ride, Legosi goes over Haru’s words and wonders that understanding your lover’s words is much harder than saving the world.
He feels rejected and asks Haru if something is wrong with him and promises to change for her.
In return, Haru proposes to Legosi and then asks to get divorced. Haru says that’s what she wants to do with Legosi. Legosi becomes speechless and runs after her for answers. Haru responds by saying that she wanted to scare him.
Haru opens up and reveals that she feels inferior to him, that Legosi has become more confident and perfect, that she feels that scaring him is the only way she could win.
Haru continues by saying if she just loved him as is, then she would remain a rabbit who lost to a wolf. She wanted to be equals and wanted Legosi to chase after her forever.
In the end, she confesses to Legosi and proposes to him again.
