Bakugan: Battle Planet Season 2 Bakugan: Armoured Alliance Confirmed for 2020

Corus Entertainment recently announced that the series Bakugan: Battle Planet will be getting a second season in 2020. The series will be called Bakugan: Armored Alliance and will be covering a whopping 104 episodes, 11 minutes each.

The first season of the show has 100 episodes of the same length and is animated by TMS Entertainment. The announcement went live on 15th October; however, the actual date of the release has not yet been revealed.

Bakugan is based on a metal card- magnetic toy game that is a culmination of Spin Master and Sega Toys’ effort. The Magnetic Toys automatically transform into figures, which is the leading cause of attraction towards this game.

About Battle Planet (Spinmaster):

When Bakugan began emerging from the Earth’s crust in a mysterious worldwide “awakening”, Dan and his friends find themselves at the epicentre of a new age. Dan and Company quickly learn that they must grow into more than just suburban kids looking for quick fame in the post-Bakugan era.

They must learn how to work with their Bakugan and deploy them in a battle to survive the seemingly endless forces out to control the mysterious race of alien creatures. Dan and his friends will evolve into bona fide heroes by protecting their Bakugan, the Earth and ultimately, the incredible secret hidden beneath our feet. Our planet has merged with another, living planet…Vestroia!

Franchise:

Canadian toy and media company Spin Master, in collaboration with TMS Entertainment and Corus Entertainment’s Nelvana subsidiary, formally announced their relaunch of the Bakugan franchise in October 2018. In addition to the series, Spin Master noted that it will have “additional short-form content” available online.
