Urasawa knows how to bring his characters to life in a way readers can connect and relate to them even if they are from a different time period or a whole other universe.
No wonder he is one of the most famous manga artists all over the world!
He started drawing manga in 1981 and has been in the business ever since. His most notable works include 20th Century Boys, Monster, Pluto, and Yawara!
He is also a three-time recipient of the Shogakukan Manga Award and a two-time recipient of the Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize.

Asadora! is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Naoki Urasawa. It has been serialized in Shogakukan’s Weekly Big Comic Spirits since October 2018, with its chapters published in four tankōbon volumes as of August 2020.
