Anime conventions are held to celebrate a sense of unity and cultural integrity that is shared by people regardless of their origins. Anime Expo Lite 2021 is going to make sure that their message on a stronger community is heard well and wide.

What better place to spread awareness than the biggest anime convention in America? Anime Expo will be providing a platform to speak up against racism and other related crimes that plague our society.

Anime Expo Lite 2021 will be hosting a panel for the AAPI community in its two-day live stream that will take place from 3rd to 4th July. 

The spike in the crime rate against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders is not unknown to anyone. Although such crimes have always been an issue, violence has increased in the last year. 

The following guests will be joining the panel to explore the topic even more and share their perspectives on how to build a more harmonious community.

Anime Expo Lite is offering tickets at the price of $5 each and all proceeds will be donated to the Hate Is A Virus commUNITY Action Fund.

For ticket-holders who happen to miss the live event, it will be streamed on a VOD basis from 5th to 16th July.’’

The Asian community has faced a terrible amount of hatred and it is high time that it is put to a stop.
