Akuma will be playable in three modes across Street Fighter 6: World Tour, Battle Hub, and Fighting Ground. This was revealed in the closing graphics for the title.

Additionally, several notable inputs suggested how Capcom could integrate him into the story. Some players want the hideous villain to be a Street Fighter 6 master.

Street Fighter 6 is an upcoming fighting game developed and published by Capcom. It is the seventh main entry in the Street Fighter franchise, and is planned to be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows and Xbox Series X/S on June 2, 2023, while an arcade version will be published by Taito later that year.

The game is set to launch with a base roster of 18 characters, with four additional characters scheduled to be released as downloadable content during the game’s first year of release.
