Akebi tells her friends that she will be dancing at the event, and later Usagihara suggests that Erika should play the piano to go with it.
Akebi and the girls are seen practicing for the upcoming volleyball match, and Akebi sucks at this game. Surprising, I know. She asks a teacher from her previous school to let her and her friends practice in the gym, and the teacher gladly accepts. Will Akebi improve?

Episode 12 Speculations
People thought Erika was being jealous of Akebi’s dancing, but no. It was because she wanted to play the piano for her. Erika is more obsessed with Akebi than she is with smelling nail clippers.
The volleyball event is coming up, and so is the cheering event. Fans know that anything Akebi does, she’ll do it well. What we’re hoping to see is Akebi and her team winning. I want to see Akebi dance while Erika plays the piano.
The next episode would be the last one, and it would probably end with a glorious sports day event, and hopefully, we’ll see her get with Erika.

Episode 11 Recap
Akebi is seen running late to school, which surprises her classmates since she’s always early. Kojou asks her if she will dance at the athletic event, and Akebi says yes.
At the cafeteria, Usagihara says it would be nice if Erika played the piano while Akebi danced. Erika is surprised because that’s exactly what she had been thinking.
Akebi is seen practicing with her team for the volleyball event, but she keeps messing up. At this rate, they will lose if they don’t practice more. The next day is a weekend, though, so the school gym will be closed.
Akebi calls her elementary school teacher, Mako-sensei, to see if she and her friends could use her old school’s gym. Mako sensei was happy to help. She was so glad that Akebi had finally made friends that she started crying.
Akebi’s little sister says she wants to go to practice with her because it’s so boring being alone at school. They take a bus, and Shijou loses it over how cute Akebi’s sister is. They practice a bunch, and it feels like Akebi’s gotten better.
Akebi and Usagihara later go to the washroom, and Akebi tells her how she was always alone in class. In fact, there are no students here anymore except for Akebi’s sister, and as soon as she graduates, the school will close.
Mako-sensei takes a peek at what the girls are doing and is pleasantly surprised at how many girls came for Akebi. Usagihara had invited every girl she knew when she thought Nawashiro and Washio wouldn’t be able to make it.
