The story follows Nagi and Erika who discover that their parents had accidentally switched them after their births and now aim to put them in an arranged marriage.
A Couple of Cuckoos is scheduled to premiere on April 23, 2022, according to the trailer.

A Couple of Cuckoos or Cuckoo’s Fiance is a manga by Miki Yoshiwara. It was launched in January 2020 in the Weekly Shounen Magazine.
