How to obtain Buddha’s Left Hand?
To obtain Buddha’s Left Hand, you need to defeat a mighty powerful boss called Baw-Li-Guhh-Baw in Chapter 4. Since this is a secret boss, it is not essential to the storyline in Black Myth: Wukong.
Buddha’s Left Hand once plucked lotus from holy waters. It was then severed and is now up for grabs. It is an extremely rare object so you definitely don’t want to miss out.
Once received, you can visit Shen Monkey and purchase a Legendary Gourd.
How to defeat Baw-Li-Guhh-Baw?
You can find Baw-Li-Guhh-Baw in the Lower Hollow Shrine Webbed Hollow. It is a secret boss so you have to trod deeply. Follow these steps to find it:
Teleport to Lower Hollow at Webbed Hollow.
Turn left and move past the cocoons.
Enter the narrow opening in the wall on your left.
Once inside, go right until you reach a meditation spot.
Head left until you find Baw-Li-Guhh-Baw.
Baw-Li-Guhh-Baw is a toad Yaoguai. At this point in the game, you would have already encountered another Yaoguai so its moves and attacks will seem familiar.
Baw-Li-Guhh-Baw will whip out its tongue and use it to slam you on the ground. It can also spit out a poisonous green substance which will gradually decrease your health.
Before beginning the fight, make sure you equip Curio, Armor and Spirit to alter the effects of the poison. You can also use Immobilize to stop Baw-Li-Guhh-Baw. To quickly reduce its health, use A Pluck of Many.
The fight is easy to navigate and should be done in no time. Nevertheless, the toad is a worthy boss so attack aggressively.
Once you have defeated Baw-Li-Guhh-Baw, you will be rewarded with Buddha’s Left Hand.
How to use Buddha’s Left Hand?
Use the Ruyi Scroll or find Shen Monkey to browse through his shop. The item which will be available to you at first is the Immortal Blessing Gourd.
It is a useful Legendary Gourd which can buff attacks but at the cost of a weaker healing ability.
