Tokyo Revengers Chapter 254 Release Date, Discussion, Read Online

Sanzu is actually planning on killing them all via train. I pray someone can stop him. I do, however, need to understand how this relates to KISAKI since it obviously does.

Sanzu was the original guy who pushed Takemichi, wasn’t he? In what way? Despite being on Mikey’s side, he really doesn’t care if Takemichi lives or dies.

They both don’t mind his death for different reasons, but his death is not bothersome to them. From Kisaki to Sanzu, the main villain changed. He can possibly not return.

Next chapter, I expect Takemitchy to fight against Sanzu in an effort to prevent the future from happening. Maybe then we will find out why Mickey slashed his face. It might be a flashback no jutsu. There will be no explanation for the whole train incident until later.

Here are the latest updates.

1. Chapter 254 Raw Scans, Leaks

The raw scans of chapter 254 are now out. The chapter starts off by detailing more about Takemichi’s vision. Sanzu crashes the train into a pile of metal containers, collapsing it over the battlefield and crushing people underneath. Takemichi realizes that he is running out of time before the vision comes to reality.

He chooses to tell Kakucho about what he saw and how he saw it. He explains that he can’t believe it himself, but he must stop this from happening. Kakucho decides to ally with him temporarily.

Sanzu can be seen riding on the train when he hears someone calling his name. He looks out and finds Takemichi and Kakucho stepping on the tracks.

2. Chapter 254 Discussion

In the next chapter, Takemichi will change his focus from winning to protecting his friends. While there have been some dramatic moments during the latest conflict, the pacing has been monotonous.

It felt as if we were battling in one tournament match after another at the outset. However, the Kantou Manji Gang is now moving quickly. We see another timebomb in Takemichi’s corner in the form of a horrible vision as Mikey wipes out his old buddies relentlessly.

The previous arcs have always ended with him delivering a speech that saves the day. However, it seems Mikey won’t budge this time.

5. Chapter 253 Recap

Chapter 253 of Tokyo Revengers shows Peh-Yan challenging Mikey to a fight after Pah-Chin has been defeated. In addition to him, there are the Kawata twins, Angry and Smiley. Peh-Yan and Smiley are brutally beaten by Mikey, who is as emotionless as ever.

Mikey’s lack of sympathy towards his old friends makes Angry very upset. Even though he appeared to be crying, Blue Ogre did not appear. Angry tells Mikey it is over for him, but it is unclear whether he defeats him.

Across the chapter, we see Inui getting brutally beaten up by Benkei. The apparent lack of mercy shown by Benkei contrasts with the attitude of Wakasa. In addition to knocking out Kokonoi, Wakasa praises him for enduring their attacks.

In an arrangement that resembles the yin-yang symbol, Kokonoi, and Inui fall to the ground. Together with Koko’s declaration from the last chapter about going to hell together, this makes fans fear for their future. The Kantou Manji Gang cheers at Toman’s unrelenting losses around them.

Chifuyu is easily knocked out by Hanma after dodging Hanma. Aside from beating Mitsuya, he also praises himself for his clean sweep. He leaves all four challengers unconscious on the ground.

Seeing his members lose, Takemichi becomes increasingly disheartened. In a downward spiral, he becomes doubtful of his enthusiasm, believing that it was reckless. Takemichi’s waning focus further irritates Kakucho, who feels insulted that the Toman President is not focused on their fight.

After taking a punch from Kakucho, Takemichi is sent flying at the tracks. As Takemichi struggles to pull himself up, a vision of the future flashed before his eyes. Toman members other than Senju are hit and killed by an oncoming train.

The train appears to be operated by Haruchiyo. He tells Takemichi that everyone was annoying him, so he killed them all. Haruchiyo begins to question Takemichi’s reasons when he is jolted from his vision. The endnotes to Tokyo Revengers chapter 253 indicate Haruchiyo could be on a more sinister mission.

Kantou’s loss to Toman seemed illogical with their fantastic line-up. Toman faces some critical challenges if Mikey, Hanma, Wakasa, and Benkei seriously join the fight. As of the current chapter, many questions remain regarding the formation of this alliance.

Hanma and Mikey both have increased chances of being time-leapers as each chapter progresses. Mikey has entered a sort of trance that perhaps even Takemichi cannot escape. In spite of Mikey’s sudden obedience, Hanma’s origin and motives remain unclear.

Moreover, Haruchiyo’s motives remain unknown, and he seems to act more extreme than usual. Several readers pointed out that Senju was not shown in the vision in Tokyo Revengers chapter 253, and therefore can still change the future.

Alternatively, Senju may have taken on a future that wasn’t her own in order to save those who mattered to her.

6. About Tokyo Revengers

Tokyo Revengers is a manga written and illustrated by Ken Wakui. It began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine on March 1, 2017, and ended its run in November 2022. It is compiled into 31 tankobon volumes.

The story revolves around Takemichi Hanagaki, who learned that Tokyo Manji Gang had killed his only ex-girlfriend from back in middle school. After learning about the incident, Takemichi was pushed from the railway platform.

Landing on the tracks, he closed his eyes, accepting his death, but when he opened his eyes, he had time-leaped 12 years into the past.
