‘The Walking Dead: Dead City’ Reveals Titles for Season 1 Episodes

The official titles of the first season of The Walking Dead: Dead City have been revealed. The show is set to premiere on June 18 with a six-episode run.

The series, which is the first spinoff to emerge from The Walking Dead franchise, stars Lauren Cohan as Maggie and Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan.

The duo must navigate a perilous New York City overrun by walkers in order to find and rescue Maggie’s son, Hershel, who has been abducted by an unknown faction.

A recent tweet from the Twitter account of Dead City reveals the much-awaited episode names of the Walking Dead spin-off series. Check it out here –

The first episode of The Dead City will be named “Old Acquaintances,” followed by “Who’s There?” “People Are a Resource,” “Everybody Wins a Prize,” and “Stories We Tell Ourselves.”

The season 1 finale will have the title “Doma Smo,” which means “We Are At Home” in Croatian and is slated to air on July 23.

Dead City is the first of three new spinoff shows from The Walking Dead franchise. It will focus on the dynamic between Maggie and Negan, as well as their pasts.

A trailer for the series shows that the main antagonist, The Croat (Zeljko Ivanek), has a history with Negan. This may be the reason why Hershel was taken by him. Morgan describes The Croat as “someone who worked for Negan in the past,” but says that he is much more ruthless than Negan ever was.

Dead City season 2 was apparently confirmed by Mahina Napoleon, who plays Maggie’s son Hershel. This suggests that AMC is expecting Dead City to be a success, as the spinoff has generated a lot of excitement among Walking Dead fans.

It also implies that Maggie and Negan might eventually cross paths with other popular Walking Dead characters, such as Rick, Michonne, and Daryl, who are also getting their own spinoff shows in the future.

The episode titles are not very revealing, but episode 3’s “People Are a Resource” echoes a phrase that Negan used to say and could hint at his regression to his former self.

Morgan has talked about Negan’s arc in Dead City, saying that “he’s gone back to his old ways,” and that fans will see more of the evil Negan rather than the nicer one that appeared in the later seasons of The Walking Dead. The first episode of The Walking Dead: Dead City will air on AMC on June 18.
