Xaioxiu’s search for his girlfriend still hasn’t stopped. After defeating Kui Jalin, Lan Luo sent his last assassin, Chu Mushan, after Xaioxiu with the hopes of stopping him. The Super Cube told Xaioxiu that Chu Mushan’s combat strength was only 7, but his skill in battle surely proved otherwise, as Xaioxiu even got heavily injured in his battle against the man.

No. The Super Cube will have its 8th episode released on the abovementioned date without any delay.
2. The Super Cube Episode 7 Recap
The seventh episode of Super Cube started with Xaioxiu engaging with Chu Mushan, who seemingly only had a combat power of 7, but definitely packed a lot more power. Chu Mushan told him that they were destined to be archenemies, as Xaioxiu only relied on brute strength, and he mostly used techniques. This wasn’t the only thing the man had going, as he was really nimble, and Xaioxiu’s attacks didn’t land well on him.
Chu Mushan used the techniques sealed in talismans to fight against Xaioxiu, and since he had quite a lot of talismans of different types, his arsenal was huge, and it had Xaioxiu cornered. The doll he carried with him could also use a few techniques, and it was connected to Chu Mushan through a red string. Xaioxiu later seized an opportunity when Chu Mushan let his guard down, pulled out a huge chunk of his hair, and sent him flying.
Right when we thought the tides had turned, Chu Mushan used a whole lot of talismans on himself and transformed. His hair turned white, and his lost hair grew back. His strength also skyrocketed, as the battle after this featured Xaioxiu getting completely trashed inside and outside the building. Interestingly, Xaioxiu caught hold of a shovel in between this and used it to attack and defend himself. With this, he used his distance shrinkage technique to get a good blast at Chu Mushan.
Once the fight seemed to have settled, Chu Mushan suddenly jumped outside the building and initiated a sequence that could cause his doll to detonate. It didn’t detonate, though, which was really funny to watch. Xaioxiu then emerged from within the building, and the two had a prolonged aerial battle, which ended in Xaioxiu’s victory. Finally, Xaioxiu went to search for his girlfriend, whom he found strapped to a chair.
He immediately removed the restraints on her, only to find out that she was sitting on a bomb that would detonate the moment she got up from it. Xaioxiu cut the bomb wires with the cube’s assistance and sent the bomb into the cube. Xaioxiu momentarily lost consciousness after the bomb detonated in the cube. Lan Luo, who was all confused with the situation, shot Yao for good measure and left the building.
3. What To Expect In Episode 8 of The Super Cube?
Since the latest episode of Super Cube ended with Xigu Qin taking Yao away, we can expect to see her getting treated in the upcoming episode. As for Xaioxiu, he is in a terrible state after his fight with Chu Mushan. To top things off, the bomb detonating in the cube certainly did affect him, and we will likely see some repercussions related to this in episode 8 of the anime.
Xaioxiu’s struggle from the last few episodes was only to get back to Yao, only to watch her get taken away from him by another man. This proved his weakness, so we can expect him to try and get stronger before trying to get his girlfriend back.
