With the Tekken 8 launch imminent, developers Bandai Namco are releasing the final bits of information about the title. They have released the achievement and trophy list and a surprise inclusion to the roster.

Vigilant players of the Tekken franchise have spotted a recently added page on the PSN profile that shows Tekken 8’s upcoming trophies, which include 47 PlayStation trophies consisting of 34 Bronze, 9 Silver, 3 Gold, and 1 Platinum, amounting to 1350 Points.

The entire list is available on the PSN page. Players have examined it and found that nothing stands out in particular, i.e., the trophies are more or less regular.

The four most exciting trophies are related to the new heat system in Tekken 8. Namely, these are “Do you think you can stop me?” requiring players to perform 10 Heat dashes, and “Fear My Wrath” is handed out for dealing 20 Heat Smashes.

“Your fate is already Decided” is given out when players enter Heat using a Heat Engager, and “What a Rush” requires them to perform five heat bursts.

In a surprise turn of events, when players expected the roster to be complete, the developers dropped yet another character as playable.

This time, it’s Devil Jin. Jin Kazama, the son of Kazuya Mishima. He has to fight his father to decide the world’s fate finally. But the scales are tilted in his favor because of his “Devil Gene.”

This form of Jin was first seen in Tekken 3, which granted him demonic abilities after he was betrayed by his grandma, Heihachi Mishima. Now, in the reveal trailer, Devil Jin battles his non-demon self.

Players expect a confrontation between Devil Jin and Devil Kazuya to be inevitable. With the imminent release, players are excited to get their hands on the title that promises to pack more than a punch.
