Episode 5 Recap
This episode starts with Mira and the members of Ecarlate Carillion fighting the zombie monsters that invaded the town. Mira finds Garrett and gets intel that zombies started attacking out of nowhere, causing havoc.
Garrett explains that the townspeople are taken care of, and the zombies are handled by individuals who can use weapons. Understanding the situation, Mira summons the Seven Valkyrie Sisters to help fight against zombies.
The sisters quarrel about extra training but are ready to assist Mira with her quest. The Valkyrie Sisters start taking down the zombies with exceptional skills. Later, Alfina reveals to Mira that a half-demon is hovering in the sky that will attack the town.
Mira finding out that the zombies are formed by unnatural mana covering the region lets Alfina handle the situation. Alfina calls her sister to unite their attacks and uses Imitation Code G that wipes out the unnatural mana with all the zombies.
Afterward, Mira and the guild members have a small feast. The guild captain, Cyril, shows up and gets acquainted with Mira. With Mira heading off to the Alcait Kingdom soon, Cyril arranges a talk before leaving.
The following day, Cyril gets right to the point and reveals his story as a player stuck in the game. He explains how he couldn’t log out and that the game showed his friend’s status offline. Given the circumstances, Cyril pushes his efforts to help the NPCs.
Mira, hearing the story, states she’ll help him out whenever necessary, which makes Cyril happy. Returning to Alcait, Mira meets Solomon and reports the quest he requested is cleared. Solomon finds Mira funny but appreciates her for clearing the quest.
Later as Mira gets home, she finds out from her housekeepers the costume she got from the town is a replica of Dunbalf’s robe popular among kids. Embarrassed and annoyed, she realizes why Solomon found her appearance funny.
