She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Episode 2 Recap
News of Jennifer’s Hulk transformation in the courtroom spreads fast and starts to get heavy media coverage. She arrives at the local bar with chants of “She-Hulk” welcoming her. However, she finds the name to be too derivative and still finds the idea of being a superhero odd and something that is meant for narcissists.
Things get complicated when Jennifer’s boss asks her to transform back into her human version to have a serious conversation. The alcohol immediately overpowers her due to her different metabolism and she stumbles forward.
Her boss explains that while he’s grateful to her for saving people’s lives, they ended up losing the case because it was declared a mistrial. He then tells her that her new abilities could be a liability for the DA’s office and that he has no choice but to fire her.
Jennifer tries to apply to several law firms but is rejected from all of them due to her being a Hulk. After a particularly draining family dinner, she heads over to the local bar again. There, she is approached by Mr. Holliway, who offers her a job at the GLK and H law firm. However, there is one condition—she will have to work and show up at the office as her Hulk self.
