When he is God, he’ll eradicate poverty by eradicating poor people, and only the rich and pretty will live. The dude has a research team that makes flowers that will never wilt, yet he doesn’t understand basic economics? The two boys are yet to kill each other.

In the end, Mirai is seen asking whether he’s fighting the real Metropoliman since he’s known to use doubles and keep his identity a secret.
Wonder why such a question came up since this has been going on for some time. Will Metropoliman clear the confusion, or is the mastermind somewhere far away, controlling the strings. Is it the kid who said he was scared and ran away?
There seems to be no getting out of this one since it’s three against one. Metropoliman’s end appears to be near. Does he die in the next episode?

Episode 13 Recap
Mirai and MetropoIiman come up with rules to have a fair fight. They decide they’ll plant their feet, and each time one fires their arrow, the other will close their distance by one meter.
Mukaido tells them Metropoliman using the white arrow against Mirai’s red arrow isn’t “fair.” He tells them Mirai came up with it, and so it is. Even before the fight starts, Metropoliman shoots his white arrow, and Mirai barely deflects.
Metropoliman talks like he knows he will win because he’s better, and Mukaido tells him he acts like he’s already become, God.
We get to watch a flashback where his sister is still alive. He wanted to give her all the good things in life because she was perfect. One day she tells him that a boy has asked her out, and she was thinking of saying yes.
That was an imperfection, according to him, and he physically restrained her. She tried to break away and fell from a tower to her death. He could’ve called her an ambulance, but he wanted her to remain perfect forever.
The child from his gang who had run away earlier is responsible for televising their exchanges. Metropoliman tells the world he’s going to get rid of poverty. He will destroy all poor and ugly people leaving only the rich and beautiful because they’ll have more fulfilling lives.
The watching public is startled that something like this is possible and confused with all this talk about becoming God and angels. Mirai says he isn’t sure if he’s fighting the real Metropoliman, and that is where the episode ends.
