Episode 12 Preview & Speculation
Episode 12 is titled “Resolution and Goodbyes.” From the title, it’s clear that Sally will bid farewell to Winnie and move forward in her journey. However, she will keep reappearing before them from time to time to save them from danger.
We can expect a ‘Talk no jutsu’ speech on peaceful coexistence from Sally, but I doubt it will move any of the parties. The inevitable war will end up with Millia losing her memories and getting rescued by Mikoto later.

Episode 11 Recap
In Episode 11, Sally and Hawthorn visit Winnie’s place for the very first time. They are here to thank Winnie for saving one of Hawthorn’s guards just before the entire village got destroyed.
Sally gets inspired by the huge range of spells that Winnie can pull off, and she realizes that she must develop a skill of her own to continue with her dangerous journey. So, she requests Winnie to teach her magic, but gets rejected immediately.
Surprisingly, it turns out that Frau and Winnie are old friends, so she accepts her request to train Sally. The session begins the very next day, and Sally has a hard time enhancing her stamina first.
Later, when Hawthorn is testing Sally’s swordsmen skills, an elf and a lizardfolk show up and ask Winnie to assist them in defeating an ogre. A village got wiped out by ogres recently, so they want the entire area to be ogre-free.
Despite knowing the risk that the huge tree ogre poses, Winnie reluctantly agrees to help. The lizardfolk and elves team up and form an army big enough to take care of any ogre.
However, even that massive army felt insignificant when the tree ogre actually showed up with Milia by his side. Sally declares that she wants a peaceful solution just as war was about to break out.
Can Sally end this cycle of rivalry between ogres and all other races? We have to wait for the upcoming episodes to find that out.
