For those who don’t know what the problem is, Oblivion Remastered tends to get stuck on the loading screen. No matter how long you wait, the game will fail to launch.

How to Fix Oblivion Remastered Loading Screen Bug?

Run Oblivion Remastered as administrator
Oblivion Remastered is a demanding game. If you have a decent setup, it is highly possible that the game is not getting the support it requires.
Running it as administrator would ensure that it is given the topmost priority.
Follow these steps to do so:
- Right-click on the game from the desktop.
- Select ‘Properties’ from the drop-down menu.
- Under ‘Compatibility’, click on ‘Run the program as administrator’.
- Then select ‘Windows 8’ under ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’.
Refresh GPU drivers
If Oblivion Remastered crashed, your GPU drivers may have faced the same fate. Restart your system to refresh your GPU drivers.
Update DirectX
Check whether you have the latest DirectX version or not. If not, go to the official website and download the latest version.
Delete Nvidia plugin
Oftentimes, the Nvidia plugin could be preventing your game from launching efficiently. You can fix this by deleting the plugin.
Reinstall Oblivion Remastered
Your game could be malfunctioning due to corrupt game files. Go to Steam and check the integrity of your game files. Or, you can delete the game and reinstall it.
