New Marvel Comic Issue Makes Nebula even more powerful

Just like Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy are the mighty heroes of this universe. And with the new Marvel comic issue, Nebula, surpasses her companions and becomes a formidable member.

According to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 7 #1, by Collin Kelly, Jackson Lanzing, and Kev Walker, Nebula’s new upgrade just gave the rag-tag team a great advantage over their adversaries. And what do you think that is? Any guesses before I reveal the answer?

No? Okay, let me enlighten you. The current Guardians, comprising Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Mantis, and Nebula, are evacuating a planet on the brink of destruction due to a Galactus-like attack. The reformed cybernetic hero has a built-in probability engine in her mind giving her the power of precognition.

The new power allows Nebula to assess the probable results of any situation before even familiarizing herself with her surroundings or the circumstances of the event. In the aforementioned issue, Nebula calculates within a matter of seconds that there is a 79% chance of the planet being run by local gangs and 53% of them being deserters.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that Thanos’ daughter has the power to see the future. But even this knowledge gives the team a welcome advantage over any situation they’re thrust into. And we all know the problematically fatal disasters the Guardians get themselves into!

The MCU’s Guardians of the Galaxy also gives their Nebula, played by Karen Gillan, a new upgrade in the upcoming Vol. 3. The assassin has a new arm that can change its form from a sword to a blaster gun as quickly as you can say I am Groot! But the threequel won’t introduce the probability engine, so get that thought out of your head.
