Episode 9 of Kingdom anime season 4 featured Earl Shi’s immense powers and how he killed many enemies in an instance. At the end of the day, there was nothing an enemy could do against him because he was so powerful.
Kiki and Earl’s backstories were also featured, as they were related and still married. Earl was enraged by Kiki’s death and was deeply affected by it. All of this happened because Kiki was forced to marry Tai Ro Ji in the absence of Earl Shi.

The title of episode 10 is “The Middle Kingdom”. I hope that the upcoming episode will be as adventurous as episode 9. I had a great time with episode 9, and I expect the anime keeps the bar high in the upcoming episodes as well.
Earl Shi’s performance on the battlefield was truly spine-chilling. In one instance, he killed many enemies. He was advised not to remind him of the incident which occurred 14 years ago after a soldier reminded him of it.

Episode 9 Recap
Episode 9 of Kingdom season 4 began with Earl Shi. He was riding along with his soldiers somewhere on the battlefield. At that moment, some enemies appear ahead, and Earl Shi kills them all in an instant.
An Earl Shi soldier says the enemy could not even see what killed them. As a soldier, he goes on to mention that Earl Shi is enraged when someone warns him not to remind him of what took place 14 years ago.
Gyoku Hou’s left flank was attacked by Gi’s chariot unit. That prompted Ou Hon to go aid the under-attacked unit. Earl Shi could therefore take on the outnumbered unit, as the Fire Dragon of Gi.
After spotting Earl Shi, Kan Jou approaches him. Therefore, Earl Shi is surrounded by the enemy from every angle.
In a reckless move, Ou Han charges at Earl Shi’s forces while Jan Jou refuses to assist. It turns out that Earl Shi was the greatest spear-bearer in history. He sits on top of a mountain of dead bodies at the end of the day.
The history of Earl Shi is revealed at the camp. Shi Kika, Earl’s younger sister, was responsible for the fire dragon fight 14 years ago. He had no ambitions aside from living for Shi Kika. Kika was killed by Fire Dragon Tai Ro Ji one day. As a result, Earl Shi killed Tai Ro Ji, Shou Sen, and Ba Tou all by himself.
In spite of being children of the same father from different mothers, Earl and Kika decided to marry each other. Shi Kika’s marriage to Tai Ro Ji is forced while Shi Earl is on an expedition.
Upon refusing Tai Ro Ji’s request to love him and ignore Earl, Kika is killed by him. The three fire dragons are killed by Shi Earl in an enraged rage. Presently, Hon is retreating from the battlefront. Kan Jou appears and helps them when it seems they are surrounded.
