On March 16, romcom A Business Proposal was revealed to have raked in 10.1% viewership ratings for its March 15 broadcast. The double-digit rating was the show’s personal best, leaving everyone pleasantly surprised.
The show’s lead, Kim Se-jeong, posted a story on Instagram and expressed her enthusiasm for the incredible achievement. She marked the “10.1% ratings” in her screenshot and added text saying,
To be honest, I’m not able to sleep on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays… 1. I watch the show, Samantha gets nervous, so I watch it again and watch Rachel’s feedback. 2. I don’t really believe in God, but God bless you… Maybe we might be able to fulfill our promise… That day might come? That day…

Kim Se-jeong’s excitement could be seen through her story as she talked about being restless throughout the duration of the broadcast. A Business Proposal airs Monday and Tuesday, but Wednesday is the day when the buzz goes stronger.
Actress Seol In-ah also joined in, thanking the fans for their immense love. She posted the same article and wrote,

Getting double-digits in Nielsen Korea’s viewership ratings charts is an incredible achievement. Not many dramas can surpass the 10% mark.
A Business Proposal premiered with an average viewership rating of 4.9% but has recorded double-digits in just the sixth episode.
Thanks to the show’s immense popularity, SBS will be offering fans a special commentary episode for A Business Proposal.
The highlight episode will be approximately 70 minutes long and will feature commentary from the main stars, Kim Se-jeong, Ahn Hyo-seop, Seol In-ah, and Kim Min-kyu.
The special commentary episode will be broadcast on March 19 at 10 PM KST on SBS’ channels.
Meanwhile, A Business Proposal will continue regular broadcasting every Monday and Tuesday for six more episodes.
