In chapter 168, titled “Tokyo No. 1 Colony, Part 8,” Fushiguro got caught in the eyeball blast and tried to evade it. Reggie and his minion attacked Remi and Fushiguro.
Fushiguro told Remi they were never going to protect her. Remi became hysterical about being protected. Kogane announced a new rule of point transfer between players.
Fushiguro took down one minion and found himself cornered by Reggie and Iori. Fumihiko came to Fushiguro’s rescue, but it confused everyone.

1. Chapter 169 Raw Scans and Leaks
“Tokyo Colony#1 Part 9” is the title of chapter 169. After a conversation between Takaba and Megumi, Takaba agrees to help Megumi fight against Reggie.
During the fight, Reggie is taken aback by the strength of Takaba while Megumi tries to snatch the receipts from Reggie but can’t.
As the story progresses, Megumi realizes that Yuji is the one who persuaded Higuruma to create the new rule and decides to leave the colony. Megumi later makes a deal with Takaba, where Megumi agrees to do whatever Takaba wants after he kills Hazenoki.
After killing Hazenoki, Takaba leaves the stage, and the chapter ends with Megumi and Reggie getting ready for their fight.

The events with the Culling games are progressing, and we’re getting closer to seeing its true purpose. The smile that Fushiguro made when he knew Itadori succeeded was a nice touch.

4. Recap of Chapter 168
This chapter continues with Fushiguro’s fight with Reggie. The eyeball that appeared explodes, and Fushiguro gets caught in it. Another minion, Iori, is seen on the roof, wondering if the explosion did the job.
As Fushiguro tries to escape, Remi attacks him, but he counters it and pins her down. Reggie and Iori attack with another explosion at Fushiguro along with Remi. Fushiguro managed to escape the blast with Remi by entering a room.
He then tells Remi how Reggie won’t protect her at any cost. Remi then yells hysterically about a promise of protecting her and liking her. Fushiguro finds Remi trash who hangs on to others’ words rather than deeds.
Chizuru gets back in the fight and gets ready to fight Fushiguro.
An announcement by the Kogane reveals a new rule is added, and players can now transfer points to another. Hearing this, Fushiguro smirks and goes all out using a technique.
With Max Elephant, he breaks through the building, making Chizuru fall off. In mid-air, Fushiguro, hanging on to Hue, smashes Chizuru’s face, which causes him to fall to the ground. As Chizuru tries to get back up, Fushiguro finishes him off.
Fushiguro’s actions make him wonder what he’s doing but know it’s all for the sake of Tsumiki.
Reggie and Iori confront Fushiguro, given his state. Fushiguro thinks of using Domain Expansion but knows it won’t be helpful since his technique is incomplete.
Iori shoots at Fushiguro, but a random guy takes the attack face on. Reggie, Iori, and Fushiguro get confused with this entrance. Fumihiko smiles and stands firmly after getting hit and says he’s taken zero damage.
I. Bonus Chapter 168.1 Recap:
Gege Akutami adds bonus chapters at times that portray the Jujutsu characters’ daily lives.
The chapter shows the second years facing their daily struggles. The students realize they need a job to keep up with their needs. Shoko tells them her friend needs help running a store and suggests they go there.
Utahime makes an appearance at the store and wonders what the second years are doing in a cosmetic store.
Panda suggests Utahime buy one set rather than mix and match items. Utahime reveals how age-related problems call for individual products.
For some reason, the talk becomes about food. Utahime calls Shoko and states the second years will do the job needed and hangs up. She then reveals that Yuta and the gang will prepare dinner and go off.
Panda wonders if they’re getting paid enough at the store, and the gang realizes it’s below minimum wage to start with. With despair on their faces, the gang carries on with their daily lives.
