How to Solve The Manor Kitchen Puzzle? Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Guide

The Manor is a place housing many secrets in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. There are several doors around Lumiere which will lead you to The Manor. What is it that draws people towards The Manor? What mysteries will you uncover here? Let’s find out!

The Manor

You will first come across The Manor when you are looking for Maelle. You will later find her along with a creepy entity.

Most of the doors inside are locked. However, it is not there just to make the building look pretty. These doorways can only be accessed from the other side. You will find many such doors around the world. 

There are plenty of other rooms you can enter. Some of them will have collectible items or a puzzle. 

The layout of The Manor can be confusing at first. It is designed in such a manner that it all leads back to the same place. You might seem lost but you will find your way.

How to Solve The Manor Kitchen Puzzle?

The Kitchen puzzle is accessible as soon as you step foot inside The Manor. However, you won’t be able to access the Kitchen yet. For now, proceed with finding Maelle and move on to the next part. You will be back in The Manor later.

At some point in the game, you will find yourself in Gestral Village. You will be tasked with participating in the Arena. 

When you are in the Gestral Village area, climb up the hill until you reach the village. Just before you enter, turn right and walk past the pink-and-green Gestrals. 

Keep walking until you see a sign which reads “Turn Back”. Of course, we are not doing that. Make your way towards the top of the hill. 

You will soon come across a door guarded by a Gestral. Step inside the door to go to The Manor.

You will end up just in the Kitchen area. Walk through the door to go inside. 

So, you have to look for three items in the Kitchen to unlock a hidden area. Interact with these three items and the puzzle will be solved.

1st Item

Right as you enter the Kitchen, turn right to find a broken bust without a face. Interact with it. The room will now begin to violently shake.

2nd Item

There is a locked door at the back of the room. You can find a table to its left, next to some pots and pans scattered on the floor.

There should be a pair of candle holders on the table. Interact with the smaller one to make the room rotate.

3rd Item

Moving on to the final item. Go back to where the faceless bust is. Look for a huge pie placed on the counter. The wall connected to it should have three pans hanging from it. Flip the middle one.

After you finish interacting with these items, a tiny opening will appear on the floor next to the entrance. It was earlier hidden among boxes and barrels. 

Hop inside to go to the hidden room. You will find your rewards here.
