This will take you to a room with hanging platforms, from which you have to head upwards and take the first pathway to the right to reach another room. Head down to a small room with a Wak-Wak tree and then drop into another room with debris.

On the bow of a broken ship will be present the Moon Gatherer. Before you can rescue him, you need to defeat two small crabs and one giant crab. Once they’re defeated, interact with the ship’s bow to free the Moon Gatherer and proceed to the next location.

III. Location of the Third Moon Piece

You’ll drop into an area marked by massive buildings and hills. Head down to the middle, then continue towards another path that leads down.

Hear the Moon Gatherer’s voice before you proceed to the next room. Break the wall on the left and head upwards to encounter a large set of pots. Break them to free the Moon Gatherer.

IV. Location of the Fourth Moon Piece

The final piece of the Moon is located in the Tower of Silence. You can reach there by starting at the same Wak-Wak tree, taking the path to the right, and coming back around to where the bridge is. However, if you have the Tomb Entrance fast-travel unlocked, make your way from there into the room marked with two falling rocks.

When it comes to the gravekeeper there, either ignore or kill them and then make your way downwards through the slopes. You’ll encounter two more gravekeepers after reaching down. You’ll be required to kill the gravekeeper on the bridge.
