How to beat Blade Twin? Tips & Tactics – Rise of the Ronin Guide

In the finale of The Plot to Assassinate Harris, you will face off against the Blade Twin. This mission will require you to choose a side: pro-shogunate or anti-shogunate. Regardless of what decision you make, the mission stays the same. In the process, you will come across your Blade Twin.

The Plot to Assassinate Harris begins by interacting with either Taka or Katsura. Taka (pro-shogunate) can be found near the back of the US Consulate’s courtyard. Katsura (anti-shogunate) is located outside the Consulate’s entrance gate.

Your goal is to find the samurai protecting the US diplomat. However, upon entering the Ballroom, you will discover that the same samurai is your Blade Twin.

The key to defeating your Blade Twin is stealth. The Blade Twin is a ruthless opponent with fast moves. There is very little gap in between attacks so make sure to be quick and defend. Also, keep an eye out for any grapple moves so that you dodge in time. When your Blade Twin switches weapons, change your combat style, weapon or character to gain advantages.
